While we're throwing ideas around, an "X-Series" club would enable greater membership numbers...

Has anybody thought of a plain and simple "Ford" or "Falcon/Fairmont/Fairlane" club????

I hate model specific Clubs for the reasons that XA posted in the other thread.

Or another bright idea that popped into my head....Since FordForums in our online car club....why not make an "FF" club.

Yes, terrific idea. That brings together 3 decades of non-GT Fords not really catered to elsewhere.

Who would be interested in a traditional X-series club based in Melb in the eastern/sth eastern suburbs?

crzyxf,

Sorry to kind of steer away from your question.

But when you mean you guys are starting a club, do you mean a proper club like ay the GT club of Australia or are you thinking of doing like the ESeries club on fordforums with seperate discussions etc.

I think to start an X Series club is fine, but to have another seperate section on fordforums for X Series owners is abit much.
