I have a series 3 AU with drivers and passenger airbags and i need to take the dash out. Has anyone done it ? or know how to do it ? I'm not concerned about getting an airbag to the head the cost of getting them reset is what scares me. I took the dash out of my ED no worries however this task looks a bit harder. Any ideas anyone?

Passanger air bag is easy, just 4 nuts you can feel for once you drop the glove box, no need to worry about the driver air bag..


Ive pulled the fuse on my S2 a couple of times while working on and behind the dash without any hassles!

Yeah i have the gregory's work manual and it has a detailed picture of how to pull the dash apart. I can scan it if you want.

mbrown42 it has to come out as part of a project i am working on. All will be revealed.

IM going to have to go and buy a new scanner, give me about 2 hours and hopefully ill be able to give you the stuff you need.
