AU Laundau

Wouldn't it be cool if Ford made an AU Laundau?

here is what I think it would look like?

But did you really have to post it twice?

Looks interesting though... I suppose it would make more bloddy sense if I knew what a Landau was!

My we are just out of nappies aren't we. they were around in the 70's & were cool, sort of like Australias version of a pimpmobile.

Awsome pic, but needs bigger wheels, and for nostalga,shouldnt the waterfall grille extend the width of the front, and then retract to expose the headlights?

Since no one has acctually told you what a Landau is yet,
It was basically a Falcon coupe with LTD bits on it

Most, maybe all?, had vinyl roofs (yuk) and the C pillar was a bit different

While we`re sorta on the subject, what was the difference between a Marquee (spelling?) and a Fairlane?
Or was the Marquee just a better Fairlane?
