Hi

I had some misfortune a few weeks back and had the front bumper of my AUII XR6 damaged, and after finding out that the replacement cost for the front bumper is in the range of $1500 from Ford :|, I have been trying to look at other options for a replacement. Ive seen aftermarket bodykits for AU 1's which would replace the whole front bumper, but none for AU II's / III's.

After looking at what can be done with, for instance, the Tickfork Body Kit (rear bumper grille etc) I am interested in putting on a whole body kit, side skirts and all.

Im up in the NT so im not sure what is available interstate, but if anyone can give me some places which can either provide a full bodykit, front bumper, rear etc, or just skirts for the whole car like the tickford kits, it would be much appreciated.

For around $800 you can buy the race AU spoiler. Have a look at these sites or have a look at aufalcon.com in the members gallery it's RspecAU you'll see what i got for my AU.

AUXR8TICKFORD, just curious, with the Rspec rear bumper bar, where does the exhaust go to coz I understand you'll have to modify the exhaust in some way to fit the rear bar. Would be nice if you could get twins sticking out at the end part of the side skirts on the right....

Yeah would be nice, but is from what I've heard, illegal in some durastictions.

Also, you might like to try Fibresports (I think its www.fibresports.com.au). They're not bad on pricing.

It sure would be nice to see and imagine the sound mmmmmmmmmm..but correct me if i'm wrong but i think in Victoria the exhaust system is not allowed to end before the diff. I'm looking into how the exhaust system will work with that body kit.

If the exhaust system isn't allowed to end before the diff.. how on earth did they legalize the Viper RT/10? Its exhaust exits from the side... like a V8 Supercar. You could put AUIII T-Series stuff on the XR6.. that'll look good IMO
