honestly I hope there isn't an idol 3. I am sick to death of channel 10 going over time with their programs. Why can't they stick to the time limit. They do it with everything else (ala V8 supercars).

The whole Idol series is a mega pain in the ass, Australian Idol, Nz Idol, American Idol, Iraq Idol whatever I cant stand any of them, they are so painful to watch

same... not only do they promote the show to death, then we have to put up with the winner being fed down our throats... not for me sorry

If they were 'all that' they would already be stars

I hate Australian Idol, it sucks. It also sucks that no matter how well they sing, a fat or ugly person will never win. Pretty ghey...

Australian idol is the best show on television. I suppose i and my family enjoy it so much because of the fact that we're all musically inclined, and can be our own judges. We sit there and agree when they're sounding flat, or singing in the wrong key, etc.

We find it highly amusing, and highly entertaining. If you don't like it, switch off. Not much you can do when they have such a huge supporter base, and as long as the majority of people continue to support it, there's not much you can do at all..

I can't stand it myself, and prefer to call it "no talent time".

I'm quite happy to change the channel when it's on, or go out to the garage and work on one of my cars.
