WIll the AV Fairlane get a similar body change over the AU like the base sedan or will it be similar to the AU3 one?

I'm not sure about the Fairlane/LTD, I haven't seen any spy shots of them plus the Ute or wagon - only the sedan so far.

I hope the changes are substantial, I would hate to see it stay the same as the AU3.

I for one, like the current Fairlane - If on 17" rims and lowered, it's one of the best looking cars around IMO.

AU Fairlane is exactly the same as an EA fairlane, just a bit rounder... both of which are UGLYYYYYYY in my opinion

the EF/L was the best Fairlane so far

There has been very little info on the Fairlane changes, it will be interesting to see what happens.

I cant see them waiting too long to bring an updated version whether its AV or AU3 styled because it will need AVs new engines ASAP to try to get some sales back off Statesman. Dont underestimate the effect the 225LS1 is having on 175kw Fairlane sales even if they are luxury cars.

I saw a Barra falcon the other day stopped on the shoulder of an on ramp of the western ring road! wonder if it broke down, or they were testing to see if the "distance to empty" was working!! I hope it didnt break down! Looked cool though, had the bras on it, was the maroon colour with the 17 inch wheels that were a special edition on the au3 fairmont ghia not long ago.

I like the look of the current LWBs models the TL looks so ganster in black same as the EA-ED LTDs I thought the EF-EL ones looked crap like normal Falcons with a stretched boot rather then a seperate prestige identity

Actuallly there is 1 thing that I dont like on the current model & thats the rear window looks too small for the rest of the body
