Well I've just seen my first disguised AV XR (i think). Driving home along Greensborough Road (Melbourne), and there it was, bras all over the thing, and I could swear it was the same one the mags had shots of.
Guys, these things are gonna rock. The ride height and stance just looks so right, wheels fill up the arches...mmmm I wish I was on the same side of the road, I would've followed the bastard to get a better look.
Bet you wish you had a camera with you huh mate? BTW Jem i know this is off topic but didn't you say that Russell Ingal would be going over to Ford next season? Nothing's happened yet dude. Don't forget out little bet will you?

Lovely to see hey JEM.. I can't wait for my barra XR8.. :s6:
Sure was buddy. But I am gonna be in a spot of bother when they release them. I will want to get rid of the GSR, but I wont know whether to get an XR6 Turbo or the XR8, and if we had the FOCUS RS here, then geez, I'd have a hard decision to make.
I'm dreading calling insurance for a quote on any of the cars mentioned though, I'll be 25 by then, and I think some companies won't insure me fullstop. Will be tough...
Originally posted by Steve I'm not sure if it's just the camouflage but the taillights on the AV look very much like they came off a VT.
Beg Borrow or Steal whatever me must, but me must increase the sales. VT/VX sell so borrow the design if it's going to sell, shite borrow the 3.8lt V6 if it's going to increase sales!!!
Sounds good Jem, I am just wondering now, the AV must be so close to signoff that very few details will be changed much more with the cars, so what you saw would probably be pretty close to production trim so hopefully the suspension ride height etc you saw will be pretty final :s5

Yep for sure, unless they are serious, I would think that any changes they have come up with wont be implemented until the Series II update.....
