BA Fairmont Ghia - Best ever looking Falcon

The BA Fairmont Ghia is an absolutely stunning car. How they took an AU and came up with that is beyond me.

Classy, elegant, still contemporary with a hint of aggression.

Definately, in my opinion, the most attractive Falcon that Ford has ever produced.

Agreed?

If Forte shares the Ghia's headlight treatment (as reported in the Age), it will assist in making BA the most attractive range of Falcons to ever wear a Ford badge.

It is indeed stunning, just ask Donut King what my reaction was on IRC... I kinda went nuts when I saw the pic.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the base Forte (supposedly Futura with Ghia headlights) ...beeewdiful

That coupled with Control Blade IRS and a twin-cam VCT 6, you've got yourself a sexy bargain bruiser!

One would think that bottom of the range and top of the range would have the same headlights, only if all of them did.....it's like what is top of the range is now going to be bottom of the range also......that doesn't make sense to me what Ford are doing, if those rumors are correct

One of the things that Ford tend to do that holden doesnt is the instant recognition of the higher models by having differing headlight/front treatment. I am not saying that is what is happening but as a rule the models of the ford are easier to identify at a glance..

I would've thought those Ghia lights would have been made available on Futura, rather than Forte..

SO as to have them on the higher-spec Falcon and the higher-spec Fairmont..

Either way, I'm not fussed...looking forward to seeing the Forte.....and of course the XR's :s3

I was thinking the same thing last night after studying the pics in Wheels magazine. Can't wait to see the rest of the range!

Calais/Berlina have different lights to Exec/Acclaim - also the foggies.

the front looks pretty much the same at first glance to me anyway..as far as foggies..should be a capital offence to turn them on :)

SS's have the 'fog' lights too I think
