I have a BA XT sedan with the body styling kit and am just wondering about the screws that hold the front wing to the bottom part of the car, are they self tensioning screws? if so where would i be able to purchase some of these. It would be the best way to install the lower front grill i purchased from Autobarn? Has anyone yet attatched a grill to an XT because all i have seen are XR's.

self tensioning screws? new one on me what the hell do thay look like ?

i think there are about 4 or 5 screws that attatch the front wing to the car and i think when screwed in from one side the screw automatically tightens instead of having to do up a nut. Thats why i was wondering if anyone knew if they were self tensioning screws or where i might be able to pick some up (Mitre 10, Bunnings, My local Ford Dealer?)

You might be thinking of speed nuts ????
you can buy these from most auto parts stores.

do thay have nuts? maybe a tec screw or self tapper what do thay screw in to ?

i went to my local ford dealer and asked them about it and yes i think they are speed nuts but they are $2.60 each so i think i can get them much cheaper at autobarn or supercheap auto. Thanks guys.
