Everyine here loves the BA unanamously(spl), fast majority feel it will outsell holden, so who here has
A. put a deposit down for one
B. Definately getting one
C. What model
D. Plan to get one, but not just yet
E. Not getting one ever
**EDITED DUE TO COMPLAINTS!**
All the above is out of curiousity. Just interested to see how many here have been inspired by the BA so much to order one allready. Of coarse am aware that as much as some here might want one other things in life come first.
I had put a deposit down for a Phantom BA XR8 in January but i am now thinking about getting a Red XT 5.4 instead of the XR8 so i can afford a deposit for a house which is more important than a car.
Sorry mate I really don't see the point of this post. Are you going to ask the same question on your Forum VXLS1 and do a comparison, hoping that more GMH guys will say they will purchase the new model.
Everyone on this Forum would love to have a BA, but money, time in life, existing vehicle commitments etc etc etc may preclude an
immediate purchase, and therefore a purchase is on the wish list.
So why pose the question in a way that makes it sound that unless we all go out and buy a BA tomorrow it will be a failure. The fate of the BA's success is not up to us, we on the FF are collectively only a drop in the bucket - the general public will decide and it will take several years for the momentum to swing back.
If you really must know I have not long ago bought an AU2 XR. When the lease expires on that vehicle in a couple of years, Geoff P can count on another sale to me. As to a model, I will probably lean towards a little bit of BA luxury.
Blurter , it was just a question out of curiousity, to see how many here have ordered one , not a competition between holden and ford, i wasnt trying to pressure people, i was just making the point that success doesnt depend on magazine articles but car sales. I am well aware that not everyone can afford one, i dont think people will feel pressured to get one based on a simple post like mine. Cant anyone post anything innocently anymore? and get a simple answer in return
It wasnt an attack on ford or anyone, why must you get so defensive about it.
I feel pressured!! I wish I could buy one but I'd hate to see the mess my other half would make of my genitaila (funney how they always threaten that most important appendage and then winge when they want kids!)
