It's nice to see that they've updated to website today/tonite. Unlike yesterday when the pics had been released elsewhere:oo1: .

Straw poll.

My 12 year old's initial reaction was:

"it looks like a Holden"

My wifes:

"It's OK - but nothing special."

My reply was:

"Wait until you see the power bulge in the XR8 and wait until you see it in the flesh."

I hope I'm right!

That looks Sensational. can't wait to see it in a different colour...any colour...i guess maybe as they release all the models they will release all the new colours. They couldn't exactly put that colour on the fairmont could they.

hey Cobra, I've got the same problem too.

But I've found out its because I'm using a Powermac G4 and those idiots who designed the site didn't take into account the ever growning population of apple users.

So if your using a pc and still have problems, your on your own m8.

Neo.

"Wait until you see it in our garage, then you'll like it!!"

Just finished taking one more look at the Barra range, via the newfalcon site.

I don't see how anyone at all could possibly bag the appearance of the Barra. It is the most attractive car to wear a Falcon badge in a very long period of time. Every model looks fantastic. You'd have to be kidding yourself to say that the Barra is not an impressive looking car.

The front of the XR looks evil. Certainly a sight for sore eyes. I can't wait to glimpse at my rear views to see one of those rapidly approaching.

Not sure about other states but in Victoria the Police Chase cars now have a fair few in Commodes VX gold {an evolotion of the old yellow ones} so i think Ford expects to have a few Gold XRs doing the job which would have been another reason for the introduction of the new Gold.

Whilst i still want Ts to be super agressive i love these XRs more and more every time i see them. Should look super in the flesh.
