Given that most people belive the XR we are seeing currently is a XR6, could the XR8 have a unqiue bonnet, shared with the T-series? Some photos have been taken of BA with a diffrent bonnet..
T series will need some more underbonnet space for the 5.4L DOHC, given T-series bonnets would be a very very small production number, sharing it with the XR8's would make it more worthwhile. Also if the XR8 ever gets the DOHC version say down the track, the bonnet space is already there.




Making the XR8 very distinctive from both the XR6 and other falcons and the SS commodore..
