Ok well i have done it...i have signed up to go back to uni. I am doing my Master of IT. Handed the app form in today at Monash University. I am still working full time but will study part time (work shift work so it should be pretty good...). Its gonna be a challenge but I am up for it....already getting the head aches....start next year!! Now to choose the subjects...

hehe yeah i am a little worried sparkles but hey i am looking forward to it...my work is pretty laxed so i can pretty much take 'study' leave. so what kind of area did u concentrate on?? i am not really into programming but understand you must have some kind of coding under your belt. I did c++ in undergrad.

Yes mate, mine focussed on Software Eng. with a sprinkling of Comp. Sci. I actually enjoyed some of the subjects, until it came time for major projects / exams
Best of luck though - it really is a sensational feeling when you've finished it and are collecting the bit'o'paper from the important bloke in the funny hat!!

yeah just going through a list of subjects now...decisions decisions...yeah the feeling i had when i finished my bachelors degree was one of RELIEF...can't say on this one...haven't started...

I too am doing full time shift work and doing a Masters program in Science & Technology in Aviation (Airline Operations) Management part time at UNSW. Next year will be my third year (of a planned four.)
The combo works quite well, and is nothing short of challenging. Mine's all via correspondence, which suits the flexibility with shiftwork right down to the ground.
