Tell me about it. After the second effort and the badly polished rim I was sooooo pissed off I started that website, now I finally finished it up.

nice car and its shame that it took so long to get it fixed but realistically it just seems like a big whinge over something thats very minor. the fixes they done were dodgey i must admit but still doesnt amount to having to build a website to bad name a business. i have had far worse dealings than that with my AU but im not going to go out and build websites to sook about it coz in many other instances they were only more than happy to rectify my issues professionally without fault or question...and one of those times was a full gearbox replacment for free as occasionally i lost reverse but never when it was at the dealer. they couldnt fault the gearbox but replaced it with a brandnew one free of charge.
how about you go fix your site up and tell people some of the good things the dealers have done for you as well.

Are you kidding me?

They drive my car, scrape a wheel and do not care. They deliberate for a month on how they will fix my wheel. They take my car again for a week, do nothing to it other than to "fix" the wheel in the worst possible way, drive my car some more, scratch up the bumper they are meant to be making look like brand new and deliver it back to me like all is well. And the Dealer Principle won't talk to me? **** that.

This is nothing like not being able to make your gearbox fault at the dealer. This is about respect for the car that they sold me. These are issues with their complete lack of customer care. The Delaer Principle is responsible for the actions of his staff.

That is absolutley disgusting, I would never use that dealer now that I know of their work, even though I live mile's away, If I were ever in the area I wouldn't even set foot on their property, I hope someone from Ford in general is reading this.

no one said it was like making your gearbox fault so read it correctly first. i do agree that the customer service is sometimes lacking but why dont you wait till near the end of your warranty if you really want to have a whinge coz they are gonna show you the door to 3/4 of the things that will happen towards the end of the warranty. really it aint the end of the world and whoppie do they drove your car...well ill let you in on something...they drive most peoples car. sure the car should have been treated better and the wheel should have been replaced but did you stop to think for a second that maybe they werent joy riding in your car but perhaps running it around to various panel beaters to get quotes or advice on the damage?
why didnt you just say from the start that you wanted a paint shop to fix it considering thats what they specialise in?
thats what i did and thats what i got.
anyway like i said its good to hear its all fixed in the end.
