Barbagallo - Round 6

First practice session results, with session 2 to be submitted very soon. For Skaife to be this quick out of the box could signafy a weekend out front all on his own. I hope I'm wrong though.

3 Commodores at the front of the pack doesn't sit very well with me.
Lets hope it mixes up a little in the next practice session.:p

Damn right. The second practice session has been red flagged, Skaife, Lowndes and Forbes all went off, but no damage apparently.

At the moment it is not looking like being a very good weekend for the Ford runners, it seems only Lowndes and Radisich have any pace.
Lets hope things pick up in qualifying.

Radisich on Pole

Top Ten Shootout-

1 - PAUL RADISICH - Ford - 0:57.2542
2 - GLENN SETON - Ford - 0:57.5203
3 - PAUL MORRIS - Holden - 0:57.6397
4 - RUSSELL INGALL - Holden - 0:57.6640
5 - MARK SKAIFE - Holden - 0:57.6773
6 - LARRY PERKINS - Holden - 0:57.8773
7 - CRAIG LOWNDES - Ford - 0:57.9028
8 - GREG MURPHY - Holden - 0:58.0712
9 - TODD KELLY - Holden - 0:58.1340
10 - JASON BRIGHT - Holden - 0:58.1745

Good qualifying but where are the rest of the Fords only 3 in the top ten.

Now this is going to be good to watch to see if the format had stayed the same as last year with no pit stops just how much of an improvement the Fords have had this year. Once you get to the front row in the sprints that should set you up for a great weekend. Good shoot out to do well in.
