Thumbs up Barra AWD

has anyone else noticed this picture posted by Barra at the end of april this year. they are spy photos of 2 barra cars.
the white one attached on this post appears to be sitting higher than the burgandy one pictured in the next post.
is this possibly the AWD system. if so, will it be ready sooner than we think (these pictures were taken 5 months ago!).
will the GT be AWD?

My first though was that is possibly was a AWD, but when Ford released information on the suspension, they said that there was going to be a heavy-duty option on the BA XT and that it would be high. But, the the BA's in the pictures do seem fairly high up and has very large wheels.
But, then again, the E265 is going to be a wagon and this far into development I would have though they would have been testing it with wagons.

unless, of course, they'll be using the AWD system in models besides the wagon. at least, hopefully, in the GTHO if, when, it arrives

Maybe, but in the brochure it has no mention of a heavy duty option... only mentions the control blade Independant Rear suspension (IRS), Sports control blade IRS, the XR control blade IRS, and live rear axle, while the front gets Fully Independant double wishbones

I think thats the AWD system. Has everyone forgotten the spy pics of the Barra in Northern Europe? Remember how high it looked? Remember what it was driving on?

My money says that was Ford/Bosch testing an AWD traction control setup..
