Saw my first live Barra in town (Gladstone) yesterday.
Looked like either a Fairmont or a Ghia, was the maroon colour.
I'm not sure of the correct name. Looked good with the chrome accents in the grille area.
Can't wait for the XR8!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't even seen a BA in the flesh yet!

Saw my first BA today. Funny story.

Was in Autobarn and was waiting at the counter near the front doors, I causally look out the window just in time to catch the back of one go past!! Damn this guy in front takes his time.

I knew I wouldn't catch it in time, so I wondered over to Ford up the road for a look, but none there. Dissappointed I headed home.

Waiting at the lights on the same road to turn right, the bloody thing turns in front and back the other way!! Damn lights!!! The Bloody thing got away and I havn't seen it since.

Still, looked mad!

which auto barn? i was at q-ford at springwood the other day looking for them and as i left i thought i saw one but it was only a laser. lol i felt like a wally when i asked my sister to stop and it wasnt what i thought it was she had a good laugh.

James, I think it's a demo car for Reef City Ford.
On the way home on Friday I saw it parked out front of the
new car showroom. Didn't get the chance to go squizz,

Ok, made it to RCF yesterday.
The car I thought was a Fairmont, was actually an XT.
There was another XT in white.
For a base model car, they are very impressive!

Salesman told me that they had an XR6T on the way from the Biloela dealership, but it was already sold.
They'd had it for half a day..........................

Next week there will be a Fairmont arriving, along with a BA XT wagon.

They will be getting four XR6's a month, until production picks up I suppose.

RCF expect to start getting XR8's late January / early February..
I'm waiting for the XR8 ute!!!!
