Look what just arrived in my InBox from John Mellors automotive e-news;
Quote:
Dear E-News reader,
Ford is unveiling the first details of its vital new Barra Falcon tomorrow
and you'll be able to read about it the same day in automotive e-news.
It means delaying the publication of this week's e-news for a few hours but
we thought it the right decision considering Barra is the most important
new car launch of 2002.
So watch out for e-news in your mailbox on Wednesday evening for the latest
motoring news.

Can't wait.... wonder what the info will be? No doubt it can't afford to be too juicy, its far too early.. but it's gotta be good as it's the first official announcement!

Clicky clicky here for previous ride! I still miss her!
It could be quite juicy. I think it was uncle Geoff said that if we are selling only a small percentage of what the opposition is then to release info on the upcomming model might have people reconsider there purchase of the opposition and wait for the new falcon....Could be an intelligent move....Hopefully www.newfalcon.com.au will be online in the morning so we can see the news!
i heard that the interior of the barra is really nice, but also i heared that the steering wheel is too flat which means more german styling, and the park brake looks cheap. Also jeff mentioned a baseline 175 KW engine! and also i think that the AV will debut at the geneva motorshow or something, not sure!
