Travelling along Aucklands Northern Motorway this afternoon & I spot a red Barra XR6 going the other way. I'm in a state of shock, thinking to myself, holy s h i t.... that was a Barra, when along comes another, & another, & another & another. By this stage I'm nearly peeing myself with excitment & cursing myself for being on the wrong side of the motorway.
There were 2 Red XR's, 1 Blue XR, and two other non-XR's in Blue & Silver (I think)

They looked good even though they were filthy dirty.

Yep, heading south on the Northern Motorway, I passed them at the Tristram Ave area (if you know it)

I also hope some BA's turn up in Palmerston North.

BTW I saw a new green Camry the other day running around town, I've got to say that I really liked the pictures of it but when I saw it in the flesh I changed my mind - the rear end looked terrible and the front wasn't much better.

The drive week (you could call it that) begins next week. I can't remember where it is though, I think it may just be in the one place just south of Auckland. They also won't show any brochures untill after that. Dammit...

Here's hoping they make it to paraparaumu. I wouldnt be surprised if there is one or two out at Todd Park though ...

On a side note, my mother inlaw reckon's she saw a "brand new" PURPLE falcon sedan. BA you think? i dont know of any purple falcons except the cadbury wagons ... and the upcoming BA
