This is an email i recieved from the Aston Martin dealership in Sydney:

"I'm afraid that Aston Martin will not be attending this year's motor
show either.

I remembered your enquiry from last year and I'm sorry to say that a
number of usual suspects have chosen not to display their cars. Land
Rover, Jaguar, Porsche and Aston Martin to name a few.

Ferrari and Maserati usually have a stand, but nothing new to display
this year.

Keep your eye on the motoring press over the coming weeks though, as
you will see Aston Martin getting a lot of Press. I have attached a
"hint" for you"

The hint is a pic of a test DB9 with much black plastic and tape....

Don't you think they'd want to give Australia a look at their cars, or aren't they interested in selling here?

Wow that's pretty big news Land
Rover, Jaguar, Porsche and Aston Martin not attending the SMS. Either they are selling so much they don't need to display or they are not selling enought and can't afford the expense.
