Was having a talk with a workmate and how miserable married life can be (for him). I said you're not supposed to be so unhappy and despite how hard it is leave! He says he doesn't know how.

So, seeing FF is such a source of knowledge how would you do it? Leave a note and a $50 note saying "enjoy your life"? Actually tell them face to face as you're walking out? Have your mistress come and help you carry your stuff?

How about some advice from someone who's done it???????

Unfortunately I've had to do this... thought about the best way for months beforehand and decided that being straight up (exactly what and why), unemotional (no dramatics, no observers) and moving somewhere else immediately was the the go. It sounds strange but I was happy with my strategy once done. I'm sure some vague hints during the weeks beforehand made it a bit easier... being women they usually know depite not saying anything.

Sometimes the greatest rewards in relationships occur when all looks bad and glum.This is what can make a marriage better and closer.
On the other hand insecurity issues ,being unsure of himself can make him insecure in any of his female relationships.
I think that they should see a marriage counsellor and if that doesnt work they must talk about it to settle how they feel..
