I can't get on to FF from home again thanks to telstra.
Is anybody else having trouble getting on through telstra as I know my mate can't get on through telstra dial up and I can't get on through telstra ADSL in geelong.
I am able to get on to FF at uni so the site is up and hence I am posting this message.
I think I will have to get in contact with technical support at Telstra.

Yes Telstra seems to be run by a bunch of tossers. I have even called and they say that there is not a problem. Pretty sad as I am sitting here trying to ping them and nothing. trace route to them and it dies on a core router. Sounds all too familiar. Second time in just over a month
I have to deal with telstra EVERY day, i work for another isp but still have to deal with them all the time, some of em great to deal with others well, and then we get the arse end of the pissed off customers.
I sent them an email and attached a trace route and told them that I could get access from other ISP and no reply yet. As much as I hate telstra bashing this is pretty ordinary considering a few people have complained already.

I rang them and was on the phone to them for 20 mins.
I gave them details about what sites I couldn't get onto and that I know of numerous other telstra customers who couldn't get onto FF as well and that I could get onto it from uni.
The woman on the phone couldn't access FF from her test computer so she sent the guys in tech support a message and in about an hour i could get back onto FF. They were supposed to ring me back but they haven't yet.

goto www.pureprivacy.com (or any other 'anonymous proxy') and simply type the website in, cool huh. Someone mentioned it on Performance Forums, cant remember their name.
Yay... We're back! Damn you Tel$tra, I was forced to venture over to the darkside. Looks like they got all of this sorted out just in time because I was starting to enjoy surfing around ls1.com
