I think that was Kristy who found it. XR6Gal. I should have reserved all of my sentiments for the forum, and not blurted it on IRC, as I'm too lazy to type them again. Actually, looking back on what I said about the issue, I think it's better that I didn't say on a PUBLIC FORUM what I said in IRC...

They tried this already with online gambling sites. The hosting just went offshore.

just took a look at the thread where it was linked to me from and they seem to think its an april fools day joke, sparkles is right.
