I've heard a rumour from a very reliable source that Bright has spoken to Briggs Motorsport within the last 24 hours about a drive next year.
Apparently Bright is'nt happy at HRT and wants out . Surprise surprise :rolleyes:
It seems that no-one can be Skaife's team mate.
Jim Richards and Craig Lowndes both left there teams while being Skaife's team mate and now Bright wants out.
I don't know about you guys but it'll be great to get Bright back in a Ford and another driver from Holden. :D

are we willing to take him? i mean he was supposed to be teh guy to do all th winning for ford as the ford drivers at teh time were all getting old and then he leaves for one year and comes back to drive for the enemy.

and i mean he drove for djr last year and im a djr fan adn then this year i dunno well i know i wont be supporting him if he comes across although i will support his car cos it will be carrying a ford badge

why can't he go to castrol or something??

i thin the best bet for him would be to find a cart drive

Ford could really use a talented driver like Bright.

There seems to be a pattern with Skaife and teamates, doesn't there? All race drivers have to have big egos, but I think the size of Skaife's is way beyond a joke! I would welcome back Brighty: he made a big mistake and has seen the error of his ways. He is only human after all! Of course, this all on the proviso that he is coming back to Ford.

I agree, Holden can have him. I've heard him say in interview that it is all about having a good CV, he isn't interested in driving V8 Supercars, he just wants his CV to show that he was racing with HRT and hopefully that will land him a fulltime Cart or Formula drive. Hope he gets one and Mark Webber kicks his arse.:eek:

Didn't Jason say that one day he would return HOME to Ford.
The HRT deal was just too good to pass up.
