I have recently been informed that work is sending me off to Brissie for a few days for a bit of training. What I want to find out is a nice place to go to get a feed in the city, and possibly get drunk also. I will be there from Monday to Thursday. Any ideas from you Brisneyland guys?
THe Breaky Creek has very nice steaks, not as good as they were but still very good, its 10 mins from town, the Norman@Gabba opposite the Lotto HQ is the southside twin

SushiTrain in the valley is good, if raw things are your fancy
Rocklea is 15/20 mins south of the CBD. $30 cab fare to the city or a $2 train ride which is idiot proof.. They have plenty of truck stops in Rockea, it is mainly industrial and residential B.. The pub is OK, a tad ragged but beer is always cold
I am staying in Rocklea, whereever the fcuk that is..... Yeah, I have heard good things about the Brekkie Creek hotel.
Ahh I work out near Rocklea, not much out that way, definately go into the city, or try the Norman Pub.
As for Tibbo's recommendation of Sushi Train in the Valley, I'm sure he'd also like to recommend that you try the Salmon, apparantly its his fave hahaha
