I didn't expect the supercharged holden is also an american invention. So the guys at Holden they basically don't do anthing more than unpacking the engines and re-packing it into tier cars.

Callaway does the motor for a number of reasons - mainly because it means the engines are all installed at the same time (the C4B goes in on the Elizabeth line, so theres a time and money saving right there). Also, Callaway is only a couple of k's away from the LS1 production center ... kinda all makes sense when you think about it ...
