How true! Hmmm, it takes longer for a RAAF Hornet to cross trans-tasman and help the Kiwi's shoot it down, than the amount of time to build and launch the sparkler cruise missile.

I think the RNZAF like have "lightly modified" Hercules transports for air defence these days. And, failing that, they have "ultra-lightly modified" Orions as back up. Basically what I'm saying is the kiwi air force no longer has fighter jets.

Those Kiwis should deploy those chicken based SAMS im deploying. Im already seeking at patent for it before Rolls Royce beats me to it. Not only a chicken based SAM � system will meet NZ needs for AD but also offer these handy features.

1) Chickens have a low RCS (radar cross section) thus it is much
harder for incomming strike aircraft to evade or launch
ineffective countermeasures such as chaff/ flares and
is resistant to ECM as chickens have no brains that can be
can be jammed as they never had much in the first place.

2) Chickens are a easy to get commodity and are very cost
effective in weaponsing which is as cheap as defrosting
or charcoaling.

3) Chickens are one of the few weapons that can be safety recycled unlike depleted uranium, hexogen and PETN. Chickens
make a nutritious treat as well much better than any C rations around. Any chicken remenants can be blended/ defrosted and launched in the chicken mortar� which a deadly rain of concrete like chicken entrails onto a unsuspecting enemy.
