confused Can I Teach My Old Dog Some New Tricks???

Hey Guys,

I own an ea 3.9mpfi falcon with 200,000 ks on it. It has a 2.5inch zorst air filter and cold air, Next month I will be putting in some extractors and making it a manual, I was thinking of adding a lumpier cam to it but has it done too many kms??? Or is there something I can do to make it be fine. What cam would you recomend and how much???

More or less.
She ought to be OK if you whack a cam in it, too big a cam will do no good without headwork. Any cam which does not need headwork, I do not think will have any potential to damage the motor at all. Tuning is the biggest thing.

A bit of a struggle to get through but it should answer most of your questions and give you a few ideas.
