Car Development Surveys

Being a target market kind of person for Ford Falcon's performance arm (XR's and FPV's) i'm wondering how Ford select people to do customer product surveys. I'd love to have an opportunity do to a "Voice of the Customer" interview/survey session or two. I'd love to have the opportunity to tell Ford in an official environment what i'd want in an XR or FPV.

Does anyone know how to get into these sort of surveys?

Basically i'm keen - i've owned two new XR's and looking to buy a GT/F6 and i reckon i've got some positive ideas for user interfaces and functionality in BA2 or copperhead (i think thats what someone else mentioned as the next generation Falcon codename). How do I get in?

Falcon Killer (if you believe what Ford Service Departments have to say about me)
AU II XR6 - October 2001 ~ December 2002 - RIP
BA XR6 - December 2002 ~ Soon to disappear if Ford CRC can't fix it....

45,000km service coming up - and i'll be asking for a sizable list of fixes:
* Gearbox (3rd time)
* Steering click (5th time)
* Brake Shudder (2nd time, and has the applied "Fix")
* etc...

Re: Car Development Surveys

About the only one Ive ever heard of is the customer satisfaction one that Ford sends out to new car purchasers. Some dealers also do the same, but they're more interested in your level of satisfaction with their service etc etc.

Perhaps get in touch with CRC and ask them?

Had a few in the mail, usually just on 12 months from purchase!
