Recently Ordered a phantom XR6 Turbo auto 18"s after i took one for a burn thinking it was the ducks guts. Expected delivery in March. This morning just wandered into the dealership to check on a couple of things and you know what, i cancelled my order.
I cancelled it because i saw this purple thing with a bulge in its pants hiding in the corner!. Grabbed the salesperson and demanded the keys very obliging he was too. After driving 5.4L of FPV Muscle the turbo suddenly lost its appeal. Signed on the dotted line 1 XR8 Manual,tint,18' AMG's the " Phantom Menace "
Delivery next week. Gotta go make some room in the shed. The difference between the two is unbelievable fellas.

I think Blue print or Phantom are the best colours in the BA XRs. Not that all the other colours are bad thats just what I think.

This really has nothing to do with the topic but I'm seeing mainly BA XR6's around, why isn't anyone going for the XR8's? just curious. If I had the money I would definately be in the XR8.

Also, did you have to put a deposite down to drive it? Or did you just demand to take it for a ride or i aint buying type thing???

as far as I know no XR8's have been delivered yet..

Phantom. I'd like to make a suggestion if I may.

A lot of peeps on these forums are in a bit of a conundrum at the moment trying to decide whether to buy the XR6/T which are available now or wait for the XR8 which is only just starting to hit the shelves.

As you've already gone through this process, you should draw their attention to this post - maybe change the title & clarify exactly what made you change your mind.
