Is it just me or does someone at Ford need to get off their backside and promote the COTY awards for the Falcon, Territory and Festiva?

With Holden's marketing branch still giving Ford a bitch slapping by comparison you'd think we'd be seeing some sophisticated COTY advertising on the telly... maybe I'm just watching TV at the wrong time.

Nope. Right channels, just no ads.

If I remember correctly even when we took manufacturer's championship last year, all the dealers did was post up a fairly tame "road going version that won bathurst" sign up.

I don't recall any major tv ads or anything for the falcon...

Still. Ford really lacks in the marketing department.

Ford should have adds on telly highlighting each individual car in its own right.

Especially the falcon.

Ford Oz needs ads like the new Steve Mcqueen Mustang ad in America.
The new XR8 Ute ad is on the right track.

Dont like the ad myself. The utes tops, just a little try hard. But i do think ford are getting there. Marketing is one leaf they should take out of Holdens book...
