Well, it’s been 1 year since I joined Ford Forums! In some ways the time has gone by so quickly and yet, in other ways, it feels like it has been there for so much longer!
1 year ago today……I had been back in Melbourne for only 9 days after an almost 10 year stint in Qld. My XR6 had only spent 1 night in the garage as my own. I had a grand total of 3 friends in Melbourne at the time…none of which had been home when I called.
Sitting at the computer wondering what I can go look at on the internet I realized I didn’t know that much about the AU XR6 VCT. So off I went looking. First port of call was Mr Cube’s website. From there a quick jump around the links until I stumble on one called Ford Forums. That one click changed my life!
Now, after a year I have made some very close friends, of whom I would consider to be in that elite “friends for life” category. This site has become the central point of my entire social life.
I will keep this short but I would like to thank all of those who have been part of my first year on FF. I wont go through a list however you all know who you are.
Life keeps getting better and better and I have to say that, without FF, this would never have happened!
:O I'm new here and I thought you seemed like you'd been here for yonks and yonks
