Its a magazine put out by FPV (and Tickford for the previous 2 issues) and its very hard to get your hands on one. I think only some owners get it sent to them and FPV dealerships.
This issue (#3) has heaps on the new GT's and history of Fords V8 plus pages of useful info. Its 76 glossy pages full of articles and photos, and well worth the read.

All members of the XR/Tickford/FPV clubs get them as far as i know.
