Since mirrored window tint is less than legal, I reckon your chances of getting that thing past rego are about as likely as Osama or Saddam winning the Nobel Peace Prize. Infact, doubt it would would be legal anywhere for the same reason.

However, I can think of at least 2 people on this forum who would love to own this car, simply for the joy of constantly polishing it. Over... And over... And over... And... :s6:
