Many people are talking about VIC Poohlice using Revenue Camera$ to enforce a tolerance of a$ little a$ 3km/h.

Plea$e be aware that infringement$ are i$$ued at the alleged $peed AFTER the "legi$lative tolerance" is deducted.

For example: an infringement i$ i$$ued for 78km/h. The actual revenue camera recorded $peed is 81km/h. You need to know this before you decide on any court election.

I thought as much AP - makes my 3 tax invoices 88, 88 and 108.

Thing thing that annoyed me was it states "The legislative tolerance has been deducted from the speed reading" on the tax invoice but it doesn't say anywhere how much the tolerance is.

they u$ed to $ay it but now don't. I would $u$pect that there wa$ a court ruling that $stopped it being shown.
