Got home from work last night and while putting the baby to bed noticed that someone had stolen the passenger side indicator lense. I didn't realise they were such a hot item. Only hope it's gone to a good home. Oh yes, the place of theft, Ford Employee Car Park :)
It's amazing what people will take. Once someone stole the 4 chrome valve caps from a set of mag wheels I had on my car, I was only away from it for an hour and they walked. (in the daytime parked on the side of a relatively busy road) I wondered why until I went to replace them and found I couldn't buy just the caps and had to fork out $25 for new valves and caps!
Needless to say the valve caps were never finger tight again, I always gave them a slight tweak with pliers when putting them on so they were too difficult to remove in a hurry.
hmmm strange that happened to my fathers fairmont gia
left hand side while at the club must be a new fad so hes left it off atleast they left the v8 badges i suppose
Originally posted by ED Manual one of my mates has an XF, its real nice too, anyway before he got wheels for it he had some EA hubcaps, these were stolen!! how funnys that!!
you reckon thats bad, a guy in uni got a set of those cheapo chrome hub caps for his lancer adn they got knocked off, thing is he had good stealies under neath anyways, but he got new cheapo hub caps and decided to bolt them down. For cheap hub caps i don't know why.
