Compare the BA / VY to ..... - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

I have read alot of threads both here and on ls1 about how the back of the VY looks like a Vectra - the VY interior is as good as the BA interior ...

How about a few side by side images to make the comparisons easy?

the vy interior is an update of the VX interior. It just looks like a switch gear change. Door trims are still the same, cluster is almost the same, still has a double DIN radio. Its a commodore. The BA is superior in every aspect, quality, looks and refinement. The VY stills looks very plasticy. thats my oppinion anyway

LOL! Is anyone with me when I say the GM forum members are just "slightly" biased when saying (and i quote)

"Well i like the front of the commodore heaps better than the BA"
"I have however seen the BA in the flesh... and it doesnt look as nice as the pictures"
"and it really did look shit... maybe if it was dark blue like the pictures it would have looked better...."

.....and this from people who have actually seen the new commodore

I am certainly not biased. And is anyone with me when I say people here are 'slightly' biased also?

When BA pics were released, the LS1 guys likened it to a Camry. Now the VY is unveiled, people here are calling it a Magna (which is supposed to be an insult?). All pretty sad stuff in my opinion.
