Nine weeks but the waiting is over.....

Well Fellow Forum members, it is the morning of the big day. Yes as Rob (XLR8) has mentioned the new vehicle gets handed over today.

It is a joyous yet sad occasion as I have come to love the loan vehicle I have had over the past 6 weeks since selling my own Falcon. It is a 1986 Magna GLX. Silver in patches (those are where the pant has not anodised) 14 inch rims with three seperate brands of tyres. It has done but a handful of kilometres and shows a meger 325,968 on the clock. It uses 500 ml of oil per week yet blows no smoke. (All on the garage floor).
Fuel gauge works, sort of !! found that out one friday night on the way home from work when it went from 1/4 full to stop on the side of the road and walk the rest of the way.

Yes, the new XR has a lot to live up to, can it cut the mustard against the Magna...

Hmmmm "Hell yeah bring it on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

How much for 30 minutes ??
