Cop dies

Senior Constable Glenn McEnallay died yesterday, a week after being shot as he sat in his unmarked highway patrol car at Hillsdale, south-east Sydney.

You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen. It said, 'Parking Fine.'So that was nice.

I think that all police vehicles should have bullet proof glass.

Maybe this tragedy would have been avoided and he would have caught the dogs!

hmmm.. shot through the windscreen as he was still buckled in .. hope the heroes are proud of themselves..
even though they all are in custody I don't trust the legal system to do what's proper with them.

A tragic waste. I hope those pricks rot in jail for the rest of their lives. Sympathies to his family & friends...

To all the pricks on here that bag cops all day for doing there job. What do you think now hey??
Cops do a great job. If you drive like a dick and then feel hard done by because you got caught.......tough $***

You hear about cops being shot on TV but when it happens practically right in your own backyard (see my thread in The Asylum) then it really hits home. I had hoped he'd be OK but it was not to be.

Oh yeah, like everyone else said: FRY THE !@#$ERS THAT DID THIS!

But that won't happen because our (in)justice system is so lame.

RIP Senior Constable Glenn McEnallay

The laws in this country are a joke!! I bet the pricks will only get around 10 yrs in jail. The pricks who robbed, assulted and murdered a 75 yr old grandma recently got 6 years and could be out in only 3. In other countries, they'd be lucky to get 25 yrs to life, and most likely the needle/chair/firing squad! We've really got to toughen our laws!!

Much as we bagg the coppers at work, its still not good to see one hurt, let alone shot and killed.

Condolences to family and friends.
