Do you have a Sony digital camera? If your phone doesn't have a USB cable and if infra-red isn't available, you could put the memorystick in your cam and attach the cam to your PC. It'll show up as a drive and you can copy music to it in Explorer. Then bung the stick into your phone and Bob's your parents brother.
Failing all that, buggered if I know!

It comes with a USB Syncstation that allows me to backup and install applications etc but doesnt let me copy mp3s to it.
I have a Canon digicam so thats no help... only thing I have that takes memory sticks is my Canon MFD... so no help there either.
I might see if any friends have Sony digicams.... sounds like the easiest thing to try.
To transfer MP3 file(s) from your computer to your Sony Ericsson P800/P900, you should 'drag and drop' the file(s) that you wish to transfer onto the [My P800/My P900] icon on your computer.
Next time you synchronise your Sony Ericsson P800/P900, the file(s) will transfer across.
