Could you forgive her? (ammusing but heart breaking)

This is from another forum. I couldnt beleive it when I read it. Sorry if this has been posted before.

Quote:
Anyway, we recieved a job this afternoon of a lady that told us her car 'just stopped'...

When we arrived, we asked her what happened...

She told my driver the car was overheating so she pulled into a servo and rang her husband.

He husband told her to check the oil & water...

She did...

She called him back and said 'The dipstick shows enough oil, but there is no water 'in it'...

She told us the husband said 'Well fill it up FULL of water then you ****** idiot!!!"

So she did...

She drove off & about 2 minutes later the car made a bang/bang/bang noise and then went scrrrrrreeeeeeeccchhhhhh....

My driver then asked to have a look at the engine and checked the water again for her... It looked fine...

He then went to check the oil...

Upon pulling the dipstick out he found it to be overflowing with white/browny gooy stuff...

He asked he where she put all the water and she showed him...

She said "In the hole under the yellow cap there and it took SO much water"....

The oil cap...

The car she was driving????

A BA GT-P!!!!!
Would you kill her?

Oh My God! That woman is evil and should never be let near cars. The husband should also be slapped for not making sure she is atleast competant.

I think the husband should have expained it better than to be-little her. That and the fact she wasnt educated about these things too well.

Exactly. I would have explained where to fill the water if I were him. Its not her fault that she dosn't know what to do if she hasnt been taught properly.

Ahhh dear, I think the husband would be kicking himself for failing to educate her on the basics!

But also, what kind of GT-P owner would let his car get to that stage anyway?!

Re: Could you forgive her? (ammusing but heart breaking)

let me guess this is from a holden site?
my own opinion is that you should be taught all this by your driving instructor on your Ls. it may save your life. and this also should be part of the licensing test as well. if you dont know the basics like this then you really dont have much right to be driving.
