Looks like the coyote was playing with him and wanting a carry on more than an attack . He seemed to be encouraging it to behave like that . Nice dog , in good condition .
As for the coyote my wife pointed out the it seemed to react to certain words, we're kinda thinking that the guy may have been feeding and interacting with the beast. Coyote's are pack animals, but they stick to their own breed.
