A BRAVE tourist had a very lucky escape after getting too close to a sleeping crocodile.
Swedish holidaymaker Felix Andersson approached the creature to catch a souvenir snapshot - after spotting it snoozing on a rock at a watering hole in Northern Australia.
But the reptile was already one step ahead and launched itself at the tourist, flying through the air before landing on his head.
Stunned, Felix leaped to safety before the baby croc could strike again.
The pair were able to laugh off the 'attack' - but they've been warned they were lucky to escape unscathed.
One viewer commented: "If there are small crocodiles in that body of water, then there are big crocodiles. What the f*** are you guys thinking swimming in crocodile water?"
Another added: "You’re lucky that was only a baby crocodile. If it was the mother, you wouldn’t be laughing."
