I sent my AU3 XR6 ute in for a service today. Had to get a recall done on it to do with the cooling system and some other small stuff. When i picked it up, the front nudge bar has been scratched and pushed back into the bumper of the car. There was also a scratch on the back of the car. Guess what, the new BA XR6 has been cancelled due to this. Im never buying a Ford again, and MR POLITES, AU wasnt the problem, edited by russellw.

Did you complain to the dealer?

These things happen at Holden, Toyota, etc etc...

To cancel the order of your new BA is a bit drastic dont you think?

Oh well, it's you that misses out on the quality product.

haha, im a business man not an idiot. They hurt me, so im going to hurt them, they just lost a $47000 sale. Its time Ford Australia Started to clean up its service. Yeah i complained to the dealer when i got home, told them I wanted the manager to contact me on Monday, knowing Ford it wont happen.

um well they have had one sitting in the yard with 18 inch wheels for about 2 weeks.

XR6Man - there is a process for dealing with issues of this nature as I am sure you are aware. They are to be posted here only after those avenues have been exhausted without satisfaction.

As you have not yet exhausted those avenues I have edited some portions of your post.
