Allright guys, It all happened a few days ago when I fell in love with VR Clubby that was for sale on my old mans caryard.
I took it for a testdrive and I didn't think anything from the darkside could impress me this much !!!
2 days later I had my finance approved and I picked it up.
The fact that I drive a Holden now, doesn't mean that I don't like my Fords anymore, I'll always love 'em, but this clubby was just what I was looking for in a car.
I tell ya, it's heaps different than driving the old ED automatic around !

It's quite funny getting shit from ford fans, now I know how the holden guys feel :)
I just took it for a nice cruise just 5 minutes ago, the chicks seem to dig it. I get more looks than Brad Pitt in his speedo's.
As for no potential, i reckon it goes pretty damn hard !
It has an aftermarket exhaust and it's chipped.
And as for styling, IMO it looks a lot better than VT/VY/VX/AU.
But that's just my opinion. And yes the interior is dodgier than my old ED Falcon (the plastic parts that is), the seats & trim are awesome !

Anyways, to me a car is a car, the badge isn't that important to me. Probably because I grew up overseas and didn't grow up with the whole Ford/Holden thing.

Man I know how ya feel. My Mates brother recently got a VS GTS 215i in Cherry black with 18" VTII GTS rims and lowered king springs. So far hes put in a camber kit, twin system exhaaust, stialness exrtactors and high flow cat, DBA slotted rotors and one awesome pioneer sound system.

The car goes hard, my EL XR6 isnt a slug but this thing would eat it. I havnt driven it before dont I dont know how it handles and how the clutch or gearbox feel, but this one seems to handle quite good and sounds great too. I never thought I would like a Holden so much. Still would never buy one though.
