Definition Of Rice?

Hey

Could someone clear this up with my mate the meaning of Rice

He seems to think that Turbos are rice...

what?! what a load of crap...

ask your mate if he reckons the late Todd Wilkes was a ricer, because his Alfa (can't spell that G word) was turboed. so was the BLOWN commodore and it didn't look like a ricer to me... although it's a holden... blech!

Can we lay off the bloody rice definitions.. Surely there's better things to discuss than a definition of rice 3 times in the same fortnight..

Sure rice sucks but geez guys..
