Dlra 2004

Hi there,
I'm not sure this is in the correct place, but I suppose it could go in "The Asylum" or even in "The Pits".

Anyhow, while surfing around I found the Dry Lake Racers of Australia website http://www.dlra.org.au

Imagine riding this at 105 mph

Re: Dlra 2004

I think that would be a damn good race to watch... should construct a few more lake tracks for the V8s... they might show it as a support category I really wanna see that thing go

Re: Dlra 2004

The V10 bike wouldn't be that fast. Simple physics, drag racing and straight-line type of things are motorcycle weakpoints. Exerting all that energy onto only one pivot point is not a good thing. A Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa can out-accelerate the 500hp 525lb/ft Dodge Tomahawk.

I was thinkin more on top speed as the photo of the bike above is a salt lake racer, in which the v10 would really get up and boogy!
