I like both, rear wheel drive is fun during the summer. Front wheel drive is fun in the winter. I perfer rear wheels when laying a drag. But, tray sliding in a front wheel drive is the best.

My first car was a 67 Mustang Coupe, 2nd one was a 67 Cougar XR-7, 3rd one was a 66 Mustang Coupe. Why did I get rid of these cars for ? I know why, because I'm stupid, stupid, stupid.
I was told by a automotive engineer once that a wheel was meant to do one thing turn or propel not both, and if you think about it on ice with fwd what happens if you turn the wheel and it spins um ya go straight, I am all about rwd and will never own anything fwd.
I don't think that either system is perfect. Out of 15 driving years, I've only spent about 3.5 in a RWD - hence my preference to FWD. I feel safer with understeer. Nothing scares me more than being overtaken by my own arse-end!!
