as the title says, does sandown in melbourne have open track days? cos its the only track near me and i wanna test my car out

Try ringing Sandown, usually car clubs have the trak booked out!

if ya cant find an open track day, then why not join the FPV & XR club. We have a couple of runs at Sandown each year, as well as Phillip Island, Winton, and possibly even Calder (cant remember)

tickford2001...i would join the fpv-xr club but theres one slight problem...

i own an 86 failane closest thing i have to fpx is a tiny fpv sticker on my rear screen!

is there any melbourne ford clubs(other than xr-fpv) that do trackdays? i just really wann run my car, its not even fast i just wanna see how she handles around the corners (suspension has all been done) and see how fast i an get up the straight...

im from the mornington penninsula and as far as i know sandown and phillip island are the only tracks near me....the rest are all ages away..

You can still join the xr club as an associate member which basically is like a full membership and training for a FPV vehicle in the future!

You would be able to attend all events and meetings!
