I realise that most of you live in victoria. Im coming down there in the holidays and am going to be driving there. I am driving my dads XF while im there. But anyway Im on my P's so what restictions do you guys have on your P's. Cause im from ACT where we have no speed restrictions unlike NSW with 80kmh etc. I would be most appreciative for you responses as i dont want to be getting a ticket for something that is legal in the ACT and not VIC.
There are no speeding restrictions except the usual posted signs and 50 km/h "default" zones. There are more strict drinking laws and stuff but that's to be expected.

Thanks, good im glad there are no restrictions like ACT. I think it is dumb that NSW has 80kmh limit although im sure alot dont obey it. If you drive at 80 all the time how can you learn to drive safely at 100. When I first went a 100 it made a big difference, now im more competent driving at 100 than when i was learning it still needs to be learnt even if it is only 20kmh diff.
LOL, I love that, NSW has red and green P's, then bronze, silver, and gold licenses.... Vic has 3 yrs of p's, then full license... You can have an auto P's license, and get a manual full license, no lessons needed!
Yeah, our licencing system is a bit elaborate. Though vic would have to have the most ****ed up speeding control. We have a shitload of speed cameras here too but i'm glad that they're all clearly marked.
